Refund policy

As we have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.


14-day Cooling-off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, in the case of shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is accepted, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
